Returns & Exchanges
At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
